I´ve been working on with various materials. Here is a painted wood floor. I mixed some moss with that too and extra layers will be added on top of that in Unreal Engine. I also started to make broken bathroom tile and concrete materials. I´m trying to aim realistic results but still want to keep stylized feeling in everything.
I´ve been making more foliage work and now I´m pretty happy with fern and ivy models. I also started set dressing the scene more and I got the chair model also done where I will put the weapon on. Lighting is also now more realistic and moody. I still need to tweak shaders more to get more micro details but so far so good and I think I might even manage get this done before the deadline 🙂 Here is a detail lighting shot from the latest Unreal Engine.
I revisited some of the roughness values to get more dramatic contrast between shiny and rough surfaces. I also created a generic wood material that works well with broken furniture models I might model more in the background. Also more broken debris and wall details. I think I spend way too much with the environment but I feel its crucial part of the story I want to tell.
