Video Game Superstar Challenge - Planescape Torment

Here is my rough idea.  The Nameless One  are going through lower plane to seek redemption of his past crimes with his loyal companion flying skull Morte

I did a scene block out 

I worked on the head of the main character. In the story of the game, he was attractive, years and years ago. I wanted to capture that, and next, I will add lots of scars on his body. And here is my concept sculpt for Morte, I did not try to be anatomically accurate, his shape supposed to show his troll/funny guy personality. And I think just flying skull is little bit boring, so I decided to add couple more materials, piercing, metal teeth and a few muscles, which help to show emotions of his eyes.

I modernized original design of the main character a little bit, but I tried to keep it recognizable
